Properties of Matter and Materials

Moving MattersKC - Harlan Brownlee

Through an exploration of space, time, and energy, the elements of dance, students investigate and classify the three basic states of matter, gas, liquid, and solid. Examining the different states of matter and the structure of various materials by their observable properties, students demonstrate their knowledge through movement sequences that reflect the materials density, temperature, and kinetic energy.
