Kim Ratliff

This residency is available in person or virtually SYNCHRONOUS (live).

Want to get your students actively engaged and help them express and understand their emotions, while at the same time instilling in them the love of literature? Using the beloved Eric Carle “VERY” series and other well-known children’s books, students will learn through dramatic storytelling how to express and examine the characters’ emotions as well as their own feelings. Teaching artist Kim Ratliff will combine her skills from 30 years as a classroom teacher with her background as a trained storyteller to lead your class through creative lessons they will always remember!
