Music Around the World
Tri-Percussion
Students are exposed to musical styles and instruments from four areas of the world; Gahu drumming from Ghana, West Africa, performed on Ghanian barrel drums,; Brazililan samba, performed parade style; Calypso steel drumming from the Caribbean Islands; and silent movie era ragtime xylophone music from the United States. A large, colorful map is featured in this guided world tour allowing students to follow the journey of music around the world.

Fees: $557 single, $838 double / The break between performances must not exceed 90 minutes to receive the reduced rate. Title 1 Schools may qualify for funding assistance.
