Characters in Clay: Ooglies
Myrna Minnis
Myrna Minnis leads students in an enjoyable, creative atmosphere that stimulates a fun project combining visual and language arts with imagination and creativity. Students create their own characters without competition from historical, whimsical, or imaginary situations, eliminating stress. They complete their characters by writing or telling stories about them.
"Our young people need art to express their feelings and emotions. NOW, more than ever. Clay is a favorite medium for students - I don’t know why, they just LOVE it. And clay is a wonderful alternative to television and computer games." -Myrna
