Join us for an early celebration of the commemoration of William Shakespeare's death four hundred years ago on April 23, 2016! The Kansas City Chamber Orchestra will present music written to accompany Shakespeare's scripts and actor Robert Gibby Brand will deliver dramatic presentations of the text. Listen to selections composed for Sir Laurence Olivier's film production of HENRY V by Sir William Walton, Gerald Finzi's music for LOVE'S LABOUR'S LOST, and Henry Purcell's The Fairy Queen with readings from A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM.
