Poster Prep

Heart of America Shakespeare Festival

Poster Prep is a workshop designed for art classes as a launching point for our yearly poster contest. Two teaching artists will bring to life the upcoming festival selection (TBA). Students will interactively brainstorm the possibilities for illustrating the story they have seen. Teachers will receive all the materials needed to enter their students in the annual Poster Contest.

 

English Language Arts:  CCSS.SL.4-12.5

Visual Arts Education: NS.CS#1.4-12

 

Grade Levels: 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,4-6,7-9,High School

Fees: $150 for up to 90 minutes and $180 for up to 120 minutes / same

Maximum Audience Size: 100

Availability: Monday through Friday

Program Length: 90 or 120 minutes
